When I post so late in the day, I guess it's Weird Doll Thursday for some of you. Busy at work and the internet connection was down when I got home. 

Here's a pretty Asian doll. It's a little blurry as I took the photo with my old, now broken camera.

She has really beautiful details. I love her fingers.

I'm stoked right now. A couple of days ago, HBO released season 7 Game of Thrones photos. Today was the trailer.

VSU THEATRE GRADS 2017 ( OR MOST OF THEM)

Graduation was outside on the front lawn of the university and started at 7pm...didn't get finished till almost 10:30pm. Somewhere around 1,200 students graduated. I didn't go, but went to a more important (at least in my mind) event: Honors Day for the Collage of the Arts.

Student Assistant #1, Christie Jo Mayo, got the award for service to the theatre program. You get this for stepping up and going above and beyond.

Last but not least, Talor and Lizzie McCullars. Lizzie got to carry the Collage Of the Arts banner because she had the highest GPA in the Collage of the Art: 3.97. She also just stared in Midsummer Night's Dream as Tatiana. Way to go!

Let's jump back into the Game of Thrones rabbit hole.

Tyrion Lanister in full battle mode from the Battle of the Blackwater. Tyrion is a dwarf, played by the incredible Peter Dinklage (who's a little person). Tyrion is, in my humble opinion, the smartest character in the books/show.

Started back up summer stock and am working on a salute to our 2017 grads.

Semester is over, graduation was last Saturday and PSST starts up tomorrow. That was quick!

She's creepy and weird. "Bug eyed" comes to mind.

Speaking of "demented", here's a photo of our class of 2017 at the senior dinner.

I think one student and a faculty couldn't make it. Ruth already had left (she lives 2 hours away).

The Senior Dinner has been a tradition for decades. We have something for our grads every semester. Without them, there is no theatre and dance area. (Don't tell them I said that)

Started pulling costumes for summer: My Fair Lady, Forever Plaid, and Shrek......proof we're crazy.
